SO I went this afternoon and got Lexi signed up for scouting at the local Scout office. We are thrilled, especially since I found out yesterday that I signed up for leader of the troop and got it! YAY!! I'm going to be leading a AWESOME group of little Daisies! I'm a dork, I know it but it is so awesome to be able to do something with Lexi that i never got to do because my mom was too busy being a business lady when I was little.
It's so awesome to be able to do something like this, I thank my hubby EVERY day for being able to let me stay home and to be able to do this with our girls!
I'll have to start posting pics of stuff that I do for our troop and with my mama buddies and stuff.
Did I mention Lexi's reasoning for becoming a girl scout??
"Mom I wanna be a girl scout so I can get those cool stickers and SELL COOKIES!!!"
God I love my child, she is so awesome! ;-)
Jon is excited to get those cookies, looks like I'm going to be hiding the checkbook! LoL
