Snow/Ice day!!!!
"They canceled second and thrid shift today and all saturday work, you can stay home we'll input the time on monday."
"Sounds find to me, what time do I be there on monday?"
"Everyone is going to be here 7am, and the guys that got notices got a 30 day extension, they'll be here too"
We were thrilled!! We're planning a warm yummy dinner and a fire in our fireplace tonight! Nothing like a good cuddle infront of a warm fire and a wonderful man rubbing your (big) tummy!

Bump Pics finally!
And this is 14 weeks... I THINK I AM HUGE!!! I was about this big with Lexi right under 6 months, plus I only gained 30 pounds with her, I've already packed on 10 pounds with little one here. Jon is loving "the bean" bump, We're supposed to find out what gender the baby is the middle of April and until then we call the baby "bean". Lexi was munchkin so we only felt right giving this one a nickname too... we do have names picked out but we're not going to let them out of the bag until we found out what the "Bean" is.
We're also nearing the deadline for the layoff notices from January to kick in on March 31st. Which means one of two things, Jon will be the only person on second shift OR ( this is the worst in my views) they will be moving him to 1st. If they move him to first then he's going to take a (small) paycut... don't get me wrong I AM THRILLED that he still has a Job BUT with only one income and a new baby on the way every little penny helps!
So that every little penny counts I took into account and had a garage sale! All the old Lexi clothes went out the door and some friends of our even donated items to the 'make room for baby" sale! We neted almost $200!!! I was thrilled!! We paid a couple things and I admit it I took Jon and Lexi for a dinner at one of our favorite placed to chow down!! OLD CHICAGO!! If you haven't gone there you must go NOW!! I had the most wonderful chicken salad, italian nachos and cheesey garlic bread (all BIG portions so they were shared with Jon and a little with Lexi) While Lexi had a kiddy bowl of spagetti with meatball (it was huge)!!
In other news the nursery/playroom, thanks to the garage sale, is now almost totally cleaned out!! I'll post pics of this later, the camera isn't liking me right now, mostly because I'm not feeding it batteries! Anyways, Lexi is saying she is hungry and I'm starting to agree! Off to be super mom!
